Everything should be exact. It is not correct to be guided by so average daily calorie consumption of 2000 kilocalorie (kcal) recommended on food packages. To illustrate you: having weight of 50 kg walking fast during 1 hour you will lose 220 kcal, while if your weight is 85 kg, you will burn 375 kcal. Necessary to calculate how many calorie you burn on the ground of real daily activities, how much time you spend for walking, for sport, watching TV etc. Each activity (even when we sleep, or gastrointestinal digestion) means calorie burning. Then you will take the print of your individual calorie burning. Here is the list of activities, exercises and how many calories are burned during definite exercise (kcal per hour). Burning is determined by intensity of exercise, body weight, metabolism. The activities are given below, with calories expended per hour for three different weights in pounds (lbs) and kilograms (kg). If your weight is less than minimum specified here (59 kg), for each 10 kg less than 59 kg, the result in kcal will be less by 16%, for each 10 kg more than max specified weight (93 kg) will be more by 12 %. |
